Research Interests:

I have interests in GIS, geostatistics and their applications in natural resource management and environmental evaluation.

     My current research concentrates on:

  1. development of Markov chain geostatistics,
  2. Internet GIS, and
  3. Applications of geostatistics and Internet GIS techniques in natural resource and environmental evaluation (e.g. land use/cover studies, natural resource management, landscape ecology, environmental planning, as well as transportation geography studies).
